It is with great pleasure that I welcome you to a new school year at Ethel F. Beckford Richmond Elementary School. The 2012-2013 school year was one filled with challenges and unexpected turns. Although our overall performance was not as expected, our level of motivation, dedication, and commitment was strong.
As we gear up for the 2013-2014 school year, I hope we can pick up where we left off. After all, we are RAMS ”Rising Above Monumental Standards,” and as we journey together through this school year, we will not be stopped.
We must continue to stand together, dedicated to improving the academic achievement of our students. Together we can and will effect great change as we individualize education and ensure that every student who comes through our doors receives the absolute very best education in all of Miami-Dade County.
